She is a 3rd Degree Reiki Master, a Reflexologist, and an Aesthetician. Nancy continues to teach massage thereapy and Inspirational personal growth classes.

Types of Massage

Swedish / Relaxation

This type of massage promotes relaxation and reduces stress and tension. It alleviates headaches, neck pain, and every day stress. Swedish / Relaxation massage promotes a wellness and balances the mind, body, spirit. The techniques used are lighter strokes while using oil and/or lotions to smooth out and ease taut muscles.

Deep Tissue & Myofacial Release

Deep Tissue & Myofacial Release Massage works on specific soft tissue structures to release and loosen the adhered muscles fibers and fascia. Usually this type of massage is used to relieve pain associated with injury or overuse syndrome, chronic neck, shoulder and/or back pain. Little or no lubricant is used so that the techniques are slower, allowing for deeper pressure, to restore and increase range of motion.

Hot Stone Massage

Heated lava stones are used in junction with a typical massage session. As the stones glide over the body, the heat radiates into muscles to provide stress reduction, deep relaxation & relief from muscle pain and discomfort.

Zero Balancing

Zero Balancing is a hands-on body/mind system designed to enhance health by balancing body energy with body structure. It focuses on the skeletal system while integrating energy movement through the joints, this reduces body discomfort and pain. Promotes wellness in both mind and body structure, helps release tissue held memory and promotes postural alignment, while expanding the flow of energy. This can be done through clothing.

Reiki

Reiki is a healing art which channels universal life energy through the hands of the practitioner into the body of the receiver. Reiki brings the body, mind and spirit into balance. It encourages self-healing, opens blocked energy and balances the chakras, promoting a sense of overall well-being. Reiki can be done through clothing.
